1.  Please explain why multiple military personnel (Desert Storm veterans with experience with explosives) at the Pentagon reported smelling cordite, a chemical used in explosives, and hearing MULTIPLE explosions which sounded like bombs. 

2.  Please explain why multiple personnel at the Pentagon reported not smelling any jet fuel and seeing no airplane wreckage in the building. 

3.  Please explain why then Acting Assistant Secretary of Defense for Special Operations, Robert Andrews, had to walk over dead bodies when entering the corridor on the inside ring of the west section to get to the inner courtyard- given that this is two rings further in towards the center from the inner most hole made by whatever allegedly impacted the Pentagon that morning. 

4.  Please explain how the flight path and maneuvers described in the official report for flight 77 are possible, given that all aviation experts state it isn’t. [For example, please explain how it’s possible to fly the airplane at speeds exceeding it's design limit speed (by well over 100 knots), described descent rate, high-speed high-banked turns, etc.]  Further, explain how “novices” could accomplish such advanced maneuvers when several experts (including a Naval Top Gun and combat instructor) state they couldn't. 

5.  Please explain why electron microscopic particle analysis of the dust that covered lower Manhattan (done by four independent laboratories, including the USGS) has conclusively shown the use of high temperature incendiaries at the WTC site, something impossible from jet fuel fires [the particles found in the dust can only be created at temperatures far in excess of the highest degrees possible in jet fuel combustion].  

6.  Please explain how the WTC collapsed after being hit by a Boeing 767, when the engineers designed it to withstand a direct hit from a Boeing 707 (approximately the same size and weight of the 767).   

7.  Please explain how it’s possible that a building, which only received a glancing blow, collapsed BEFORE a building hit directly, which was also hit FIRST. 

8.  Per the NTSD, the majority of all recorders are retrievable (less than half of 1% aren't) and at most only 15% have severe damage.  Per the official report, 7 of the 8 recorders were irretrievable (87%).  Please explain this disparity and the “unique” circumstances that happened to ALL four flights. 

9.  Please explain the anomalies in the Pentagon “crash”, since several experienced aircraft investigators, pilots, and imagery interpretation experts state that the conclusion that a plane crashed is insupportable.  [For example, please explain the observed relative dearth of wreckage, small hole, descent angle over adjacent hill, relatively undamaged lawn, etc.] 

10.  Please explain why WTC janitor William “Willy” Rodriguez, the last non-emergency response person to leave the WTC alive on 9/11, heard an immense explosion went off below him in the yet deeper subbasement level when he was in the first basement level of the WTC.  What were these explosions?

12.  Please explain why the pilots who scrambled from Langley disobeyed orders- twice. 

13. Given that historically jet fighters typically intercept any suspect plane over the United States within 10 - 15 minutes of notification of a problem, please explain why this was not accomplished. 

14.  Please explain what Vice President Cheney’s “still stands “ order was, as observed by Secretary of Transportation Norman Mineta. 

15.  Please explain why the various specific intelligence warnings were disregarded, such as former Lead Counsel of the House David Schippers.  Further, please explain why these warnings still weren’t investigated after the attacks. 

16.  Please explain the rationale behind stopping the Able Danger program, blocking the FBI investigation of Moussaoui, discontinuing the FBI investigation of terrorist training camps in the US, and dismissal of concerns from Agent Edmonds and Indira Singh.  Further, explain why Agent Edmonds was gagged from further testimony (even from a closed session) and her testimony retroactively classified. 

17.  Please explain who were the “undisclosed investors” involved in airline put options prior to 9-11, their rationale for placing put options on these specific airlines, and who faxed the mysterious trade newsletter recommending the put options, and the basis for the newsletter’s recommendation for the put options. 

18.  Please explain the source of the travel warnings to Mayor Brown and the Pentagon officials, as well as the basis for the warning.  Further, please reveal the results of the FBI investigation into the Odigo warning, such as the source and basis. 

19.  Please explain why Rumsfield said a “plane was shot down” during a surprise “Secret Santa” visit to troops in Iraq (Dec 04). 

20.  Please explain the apparent contradiction of FBI agents in a formal meeting between senior FBI agents and the 9/11 widows known as the "Jersey Girls, when they stated they couldn’t have possibly investigated all flight schools in the US prior to the attack to identify the hijackers, yet apparently were able to identify and go to the right flight school within a scant four hours after the attack. 

21.  Please explain why on June 1st, 2001, the standing order which covered the shooting down of hijacked aircraft was altered, taking discretion away from field commanders and placing it solely in the hands of the Secretary of Defense, and then rescinded shortly after 9/11.  What was the rationale for both of these changes?
